Well, I guess I survived the holidays I had no restriction till I had my second fill Dec 21st, just in time for the holidays LOL. I have gone through the foamies, pain, throwing up and I have learned quick not to push it. I have lost what I gained and now I hope this year brings more loss and meeting goals!  Here is to a GREAT year!!

Ok, here I am going a long.... and I have experienced my first gain!!!! Now I take full responsibility here, went on a Thanksgiving trip and ate like old times.......I have no restriction and Yeah I know it is a tool but I feel like I have no tool. My next fill is scheduled on Dec 21st I hope I feel some help!!! I am back today on a self imposed high protien low calorie liquid diet for a few days and then gradually back to HEALTHY foods. I can not fail!

I just got home from having my first fill. It went pretty smoothly- no pain a little discomfort from where they roll the pillow under your back. I rec'd 4cc in a 10cc band so I hope I feel some restriction now. I have to be on liquids for 24 hrs then on to my regular foods. I am anxious to see how this works!

I went to see surgeon for first time since surgery. He said everything looked great. I was doing well with my calorie/protein intake. I told him I did not feel any restriction and could tolerate just about anything. I am scheduled for my first fill on November 9th (three weeks). I am anxious to see how that works, just in time for holidays! Now I need to really focus on exercise!!

Well I can not believe how blessed I am!! Praise God I have had a smooth recovery- no pain -sickness. I did not even have to take a tylenol! In fact if it were not for the scars I would not even know I had it done!! I have been out everyday walking and just going about my business. I have had gas but it has not been bothersome.  I am having trouble with getting all the h2o I need but I just am not hungry. I need to really focus on that and my protein shakes right now. Life is good!!!

SURGERY!!!!! I am READY to goI will be the first in surgery! I have to be at hospital at 5:30......wonder if I will get any sleep?! Probably not but I will tomorrowThat is till they wake me up to get moving!!!!! I am  so excited! I better get things ready.

I reached my first personal goal!!!! I am currently 280 lbs BMI 52.9!!!!
I started this out at 333 lbs with BMI of 62.9 I know I will lose a little more before surgery. The great thing is my clothes sizes I went from a 5X to a nice loose 3X in tops and pants from 28 to now24. I know this will only get better!!! Thanks to all my new friends on OH what a great support group!!! so much good helpful information

Lucky me! I get to start my liquid diet today!! Hope this two weeks go by very fast.....I did get to enjoy a night out with the girls this weekend and had a few favorites yesterday while watching those stinkin Chiefs lose. I am on my way to get my EKG done and do a little shopping. Here's to the good life!!!

Oct 1st is the day!!! I will be the first in surgery 7:30 am.I am so Happy  and a little nervous I have so much to do!! Lucky me I get to start my liquid diet on Monday.....

I rec'd my letter from insurance company. I am APPROVED. I hope my surgery date is not to far off. I am sooooo HAPPY :)!!!!!
