I am so glad the winter is over.. the blues are gone.
Moving like crazy and sticking to the protien more daily.. trying to have no carbs, this is very hard but possible. Just remember carbs make you hungry.. try to do your best in the morning to lunch, stay stable all week long. To make liveable I allow a little cheating on the weekend, but if I go to far I am fighting off the same weight that I just took off and get frustrated, best to allow just a little cheat to make liveable. NOW this is only if you are 2 years or more out.. otherwise.. stick to it with no cheats till you get to where you want to be.
YOU CAN DO IT you have the MAGIC power now!!

It is still moving down, slowly but surely, it takes a little more effort but still possble. And the best thing is the times when I have my stress periods it stops me from gaining it all back. I would do this again in a second, wished I'd have done it years earlier.

I am continuing to whittle my way down. I have a small amount of concern that I am in the time zone that weight gain is possible. But I am determined to get the wt off anyway.

tried to loose but ended up only a few lbs down..
. 186# is the current wt and still a size 12. How great to fit in
But still wanting to be in the 150#'s, I know I can. Working out at the YMCA alot, the holiday schedule and hubub had me away a little but I am back on track, I pray.

It is amazing to me to think I was hauling aroud a skinny person.
. Gee no wonder my knees used to hurt with every step. Now I can run, sometimes I practice soccer with my speedy 4 year old.. He has got me beat, but I can do most of what he does without stopping much. I sure couldn't do anything before. Heck, it would have been a challenge for me to get to the field on his practice and game days before.
I feel better then I have in a long time. I have been a size 12 before, briefly but just not at this weight. Did they change the sizes? Anyway glad to be here. And plan to loose more. I have been working out very hard lately and eating very good again. As a matter of fact I had slid around where the food wasn't giving me symptoms, if I didn't have too much, but after a short time of "Getting right" again, I am again having symptoms, amazing. I hope that this encourages someone to get right too.
I am thinner then these picture, but my camera isn't working right now.

Feeling great lots of compliments, just got into a size 16 from a 26. I didn't have any beginning photos mostly because I didn't like the way I looked so much that I didn't want to see me. But I asked the md office to e-mail it to me the other day. It was a rapid gain, thinking still the metabolism shut down. Have a new shot but I don't think that it does me much justice. But I got it will have to try to upload if I can.

Haven't really been an angel lately, but am doing the best that I can.. I am happy with the wt loss, 1 more month to go before the magic stops.. I am back down to my normal type wt, have old clothes that I fit into now.. Getting alot of comments. Only one thing I noticed different and that is my legs are alot smaller then they have ever been at my upper body size. I guess that that is good. Even though the weight loss slowed down a bit, getting alot more skinny comments then I was in the past. So my skin must be catching up to the #'s lost, so I am still encouraged.. just wish that I was in ONE der land.. or a little closer to my final goal.
16 weeks and 73#'s not real sure what is going on here.

Wishing it was more, it was moving right along there for a while and now it is sticking.. I know part of it is my own fault, but I am so confused as to why. This is my normal weight for years, well really a few pounds less. Is there something I am supposed to be telling myself to allow myself to go on.. and what is sticking me here in this rut.. I want to go all the way down, down, down. Any suggestions?? Conclusions? Advice?J~
