I had surgery in 2003. I would say the surgery was a major success. I went from 340 to 190. Two years ago I got married to a wonderful man and moved from small town Kentucky to Baltimore, Maryland. Within a few months we were expecting our son. I managed to gain 80 pounds over 9 months. I am still fighting to take off the weight again.
I have recently changed doctors to one up here in Maryland. I have had several complications and I'm hoping for the best. Blood work has recently shown low levels in several ares. I have been put on five vitamins plus a blood pressure pill.
It is hard being here and having issues with my weight and health. I have a great husband but I am missing my support group back home. Have a one year old son and working full time is making it hard on me to find time to make myself first. I am hoping with a new doctor and making new WL friends I can get back on track.
