I just wanted to check in and say to everyone Great Job to all. I am 5 years out today and still fell Great. I am down 140 lbs. from 5 yeas ago and still say "IT WAS WORTH IT". I hope all of you out there are making your dream come true and please don't give up. I didn't and I'm having a BIRTHDAY T
