so far i'm down to 245 pounds still want to lose 45 more pounds my spirits are okay .i'm not working right now so i'm home not been so busy.i lost 140 pounds since april 2007

so far my weight loss has been a work of struggles and commitment.everyday it seems to be worth it, being able to play with me baby and walk her to school has made everything worth the fight.

as of today i'm almost 4 months pre-op and i feel great my all outlook has changed. so far i lost 80 pounds of fat!!!!!! when i look at myself in the mirror i don't see a fat people person any more i see a beautiful women work towards been fit for life.

so far I lost 52 pounds ,i'm off the munchies eating little bites of stuff
here and there. everyday gets better and better.

things are not what i expected.i'm managing though,i thought things would be easy as i see there not. so far i lost 30lbs.
