The Day Before

Tomorrow will be my surgery. I am both nervous and anxious. I began the prep in 30 minutes. There is no turning back. I have vitamins and necessary foods waiting. I have bought my protein and have it in a box waiting. I wonder what great stories I will be telling in a year or two.Will I or can I be thin and healthy like others I read about? Only time will tell. I pray I keep on track and stay focused on why I am here today. Without the aide of vomiting.
This is my last ditched chance of being healthy again. I welcome this change with open arms. Whatever happens happens. I hope to get to go to the Support Group meeting on Thursday. If not I will be thinking of all my new found friends and I will then see all of you on the next meeting.
As long as Linda and I are on the same floor, I will be seeing her.
