I was assured I would talk to him and not someone else. But that didn't happen.rnrnI saw him only briefly for the seminar. He was direct, to the point and candid. I liked his disposition.rnrnAgain, I was disappointed when I had a question and his office staff told me that I would need to make an appointment to see Dr Felix or that I could email him if I liked, and that he did respond to emails. Well, I emailed but never received a response.rnrnI have heard he is a great surgeon, and no office runs without problems 100% of the time, and I am looking forward to meeting him and building a patient/physician relationship which will be yet another tool for my weight loss.rnrnWell, I'll have to say that I think that Dr Felix is a very good surgeon. Bedside manner...well his sense of humor might be a little dry but....he knows his stuff and his point is always the safety and success of the patient.rnrnThank you Dr Felix and Dr Katela for making my very difficult surgery easier for me.rn"
