Able to run! - started a couch to 5k running program this week. its been so long sence I've been able to run any distance. I start week two of the program on wednesday and it feels great!

Stomach pain and swelling after a cold - anyone else experience this? perhaps just a stomach bug acting on a small stomach?

any other jan 12 sleevers out there? - hi, just wondering how you are doing. im 75 lbs down so far and in a stall sence last friday. luckily the weatehr is nice to get out more and up the exersize.
