"First impression, was he knows what he's doing. My impression of him only gets better, and I've worked mostly with Marge and she is also great. I have no dislike for either. If you want someone who is competant, loving, sincere, don't look any further. I would rate both doctor and staff a 10+, I feel you need both competence, and bedside manner to be a great doctor and that is what Dr. Hornbostel is and he has the help of his partner in life and a good staff to have it all.
