Today and everyday has been good for me.I am down to 299 pounds. I still don't feel like it because I still wear some of my old clothes. Some of them are fitting way to big on me. Dear WLS Friends My date has been changed to November 3. They said I need some type of heart test. Well I have waited a long time and this had to happen. Well any way make sure you call your docs and make sure that they have everything. Gwen Dancy

Hey Gwen...Just writing to wish you Great luck on your surgery coming up. Here's wishing to a super speeeeeeeeedy and pain free recovery. Believe me...it will suck for a bit after, but it gets MUCH MUCH MUCH better as time goes!!! Stick with it...it's pretty sweet!! --Josho
