Hello i am 46 years old and i had my bariatric surgery 8 years ago. With Dr Evanson at Carmel Bariatric Center. I am going through a difficult time with my weight right now. I kind of know the reasons why but i want to sort it all out a little better before i complete my story. I am hoping to find the support and tips and ideas from others to help me get back on track to the healthier me. I have gained 25 pounds in the last year and i need to get it reversed. I have to start now and make that commitment. I hope this doesnt sound corny, i am just searching for some guidance.
