I'm Cat. I had gastric bypass surgery on June 20, 2011. I am changing my life and living a healthier and more active lifestyle. I am no stranger to lifestyle changes. I have been a vegetarian for the majority of my life and I was vegan for several years. At the moment I'm a pesco-vegetarian or pescetarian which means that I eat seafood. I want to share my journey in hopes that I can inspire others and share my thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
