Surgery Over! 1 week out

My surgery was completed as scheduled last week I had lost 25.5 lbs prior to surgery and I found out today that in my first week after surgery I have lost another 34.5 lbs for a grand total of 60 lbs. overall!! It is about a 10% drop in BMI at this point. I am more than pleased with the results so far.
My biggest struggle at the moment is getting all my protein in because I have no appetite! Which is a big change for me to say the least. Getting the protein in has been a struggle everyday but one that I improve on a little each day.
Surgery Scheduled

I am happy to report that I found out my surgery date today. I am set to have surgery on August 15th ( a week and a half from today)! The program I chose puts you on a low carb diet prior to surgery to shrink your liver mainly but it is also good for weight loss. The scary thing is if you gain any weight from the first time they weigh you until the last visit before surgery, your surgery is automatically delayed. So far I am doing good and I don't think this is a possibility but always a scare until that last moment.
