"Sacred Heart is awesome! All private rooms in a separate Bariatric wing. No annoying beeping from other patients machines in the middle of the night to keep you up. Very knowledgeable nursing staff, many of whom have had WLS themselves. The surgeon/doctor comes at the same time every morning to see you. Parking garage and/or valet very convenient for your visitors. I wish everyone could have such a wonderful hospital experience!"
"Dr. Lord is completely confident in his work. He is a bit arrogant. He talks very frankly about the risks involved. His staff speaks very highly of him. His staff is extremely helpful and polite. The facilities are great. He has performed thousands of weight loss surgeries, without a single death of any weight loss patients. I feel like I am in good hands with Dr. Lord and with his staff. "
