Boy time flies, It's been 1 year since my surgery by Dr. Vaughan at Juipter Medical Center. I'm 135 pounds lighter now, feel great, no complications.I met my goal or target weight in 9 months. Rounding figures 310 down to 175 now ...that's nearly half of me gone.I'm holding steady at 175-178 now...I can not image me putting on a backpack with 135 pounds and cary that around all day. How did I do it before? Any how, all is well!!!!!

Recipe for Life 1 Heaping cup of encouragement 1 cup of melted compassion 2 cups of hope 1 cup of love 1 tablespoon of faith (it only takes a little) 2 large attitude Lots of hugs in assorted sizes Cream encouragement and compassion together. Add hope, love, and faith. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Slowly add the unbeaten attitude. Batter should be firm but not unyielding. Knead gently. Roll in hugs and cut out to the desired shape. Add stars for eyes and a kiss. Bake in a warm oven. Excellent when shared with a friend.

I attempted to thank everone for their support and messages however; the system stopped me saying to many emails sent.... So to all of you who sent me a support message thank you...Please pray for me, I know God is the key to this surgery. For it was God who gave the ability to the doctor.
