Michel Gagner

"Dr. Gagner can be a little more difficult than some surgeons to deal with because he does not have a staff and is pretty much only available by email and for those of us in the U.S. using him means a trip out of the country. That being said, he is in my experience the absolute best bariatric surgeon available. He completed my revision from open RNY (Fobi Pouch) with silastic ring to VSG LAPROSCOPICALLY. Most surgeons can't even do this open and the ones that can still have high complication rates especially with leaks in the new sleeve. To do this laproscopically is amazing. Basically the only surgeon's I've found who can do this are Dr. Gagner or one of his former students or asscociates that he proctored. I am glad to have been fortunate enough to have the master himself. In and out of the hospital in 2 days and walking around Montreal on the fourth day, that is just incredible for any surgery much less such a complicated revision. If you need your hand held this is not the guy for you, but if you want arguably the best surgeon available anywhere in the world, I wouldn't hesitate to use Dr. Gagner."

Mark Broudo

"This review is actually for Dr. Broudo's partner Dr. Nick Masri but for some reason his name isn't listed here so I've put the review under Dr. Broudo. Had lower body lift with him in June, this is the most thorough doctor I've ever met, came to see me at the hospital at 7 am and 11 pm and was just as good after the surgery as he was before."
