My Start Day ( 9-21-09 )

Today I am starting back on the Road I was on from when I had my surgery back in 2003. I was 625 Pounds . I had the RNY.. I lost about 300 pounds during that time but recently regained 100 of that back.. So I am 425 and I am On the Start to a NEW day for myself.. I am going to keep this journal to help Myself with progress and just write about how my day was and what I had to eat on these Days.. Only way I can keep myself on this track and SEE my progress.. Hope this works...... So that I don't have to go in for a revision.. if I have to have one done.. then I'll go from then.. but I am going to try this on my own for now..
TODAY- 9-21-09
Breakfast---- Cream of Wheat / Wheat Toast / Vitamin Water
Lunch --------- Chicken Bullion / (6) Grapes / 5 crackers / Water
Dinner --------- Beef Bullion / Jell-O ( 10 cal ) / Apple Juice/ 5 Crackers
Before bedtime snack ---- 1 Banana
