"My first impression of Dr. Richardson was he was very imformative. He explained all my options. I still feel the same about Dr. Richardson. He (in my eyes) is one of the best surgeons. His staff at Des Peres in St. Louis is wonderful people. Very understanding and helpful. He told me the last time I seen him if I need or feel that I need to come in to just call they will get me in. His staff is always making sure I am ok and doing good. The aftercare program is good they have meeting every month on different stuff. He told me all the risk of all the weight lose surgeries and the good. He helped my husband and I figure out which was the best road for me. Both his surgical competence and bedside manner is excellent. "
"Jessie let me email her at times after my surgery up to maybe 5 times a day. She never acted upset with me with all my questions. She always answered them (and still does). She acts just like a close friend. She is not afraid to tell me no if I want something that I can't have (like soda lol). If she don't know the answer to my questions she does the research and gives me the information fast."
