Hello, I'm seeing Dr. Higa next month regarding surgery. REally want to hear from people who had surgery done
by him, in Fresno. Many questions regarding the wait for a surgery date, qualifying with insurance, procedure stuff
and, of course, the surgery. If you had surgery done by Dr. Higa in Fresno, I'd love to hear from you.
