My surgery went VERY WELL. I was in the hospital only 2 nights. The RNY Gastric bypass was done laparoscopically. I have some pain in the left side where the camera went in, but I was prepared by the MD for that. I don't like taking the LorTabs for that because they make me sleepy, but I am coming along fine with clear liquids. I am getting my water in and walking around the house. Sure wish it wasn't freezing rain outside! Thank you all for your well wishes and support. I truly appreciate it!

Good Luck tomorrow. I was 59 yrs old and 470 then on Sept 26, 2006. Now 60 and 301. It will change your life !!!! Prayers are with you and let us know how you are doing. This is one big family !!!!! Love, Pam

Jeanine, Wishing you luck with yyour surgery. I want you to know this will probably be the biggest and best ride of your life.
