Kim, I wanted to let you know that I too have United Health Care PPO, (through SBC phone company)...it took exactly 8 weeks and 1 day for the surgeon to get back to me, and I had absolutely ZERO trouble getting approved...so far, UHC has been a godsend! Good luck on your journey!
