21 pounds down!!

Hey OH,It has been less than 1 week post op and I've already lost 21 pounds!!!
Thanks to everyone that kept me in your prayers,
I tell you I feel great already. That pain that USE to be in right knee is no longer a factor. I go for my follow up on Wed. and I'm sure there will be nothing but good news. During my surgery i did have a unknown hernia repaired and it hasn't caused me any bother. I'm just so overjoyed with all of the extra energy that I already have and that I can already see a difference!!! I know that my life is about to be on a whole new journey to a way healthier me. Also I'm also planning on going to the ATL this Friday and ready to get the show on a roll.
