"Dr. Philip Weber He makes you feel so comfortable. His office staff is just as nice as he is. You should know that if you are going to him as your doctor your worries about meeting him were all for nothing. He addressed all the pro and cons of the surgery. So far I only know he is someone I can feel safe doing my surgery and he is a very nice person. These are my personal views on how I feel about Dr. Weber. Other people may not feel the same as I do. I had a very comfortable consultation with Dr. Weber"
