"He has an excellent bedside manner - very compassionate and kind. It is a good idea to write down any questions you want to be sure and have answers. He gives you a lot of info during the consult so it is hard to get sidetracked and forget. The office staff jostled me around a bit at first - apparently I wasn't talking to the right person (even though I told the lady that answered the phone what I was trying to find out) but Amanda is very kind and professional and returns my calls when I leave messages - usually within the same day. The rest of the staff seems to be on their toes as well and very helpful. Dr. Strickland did emphasize aftercare a lot. Overal he kicks jedi butt. I like him a lot. God bless him for making a difference in so many lives."
