My Story (which probably mirrors yours)

Well,
I am not good at writing my thoughts down on paper or computer so pardon the rambling.
July 22 I finally decided which surgeon I was going to use. Its Dr DeBarros. Long story on how that came to be. Since then, I have gotten PCP clearance, Cardiologist clearance, Sleep Study scheduled for later today (Aug 13), Physc visit on Aug 17, EDG on Aug 21. Oh... and my blood work came back negative on all "comorbites". No Diabetes, no high blood pressure, no clogged arteries, no high cholesteral. Other than being 408 lbs, I am in perfect health... So says my doc and cardiologist. Any way, I will update as more info becomes availible.
UPDATE: 2235 Aug 13 2009
Ok... Earlier I went to the Sleep Study Consultation and discussed all of the sleep "issues" I have been having. What I had concidered minor the Doc conciders moderate to serious. So, on Aug 25 2009 I will have a "sleep observation" with 3 hrs of observation and 4-5 hours using a CPAP.

I had my Psych Eval and Gall Bladder Ultrasound today. I found out I am now just waiting for the EGD test ( on 8-21) and its results before I file with BSBCAZ. To be honest, I am a little nervous that I am so close to a goal I have attempted to achieve for the past 6 years.
UPDATE: 1112 Aug 21 2009
Well, I had the EGD completed. Now is all waiting except for Sleep Test which wont be need for filing for approval.
