Last appointment of six month waiting period

Today was my last appointment of my required six months required by the state to have this proceedure.
Now it is just getting the insurance company to accept.
Very excited, I see such success on this site. Also, my wife had the same surgey a year ago today, and she is doing awesome and looking great!
She is my motivation and I want to catch-up so we can start living a better life together.
