Nothing amazing. I was a string bean until high school and then I started to eat more fast food and hang with friends instead of eating home cooked meals and riding my bike. A drivers license and a car was my downfall
. I stayed over weight because
I was cute and fashionable and didn't mind the weight until I got in my 30's and hypertension was my new friend. I wised up and started to move more and eat less. As Long as I could say I was healthy then I kept being fluffy. I lost weight the Wise way but then I went back to school and 2 hours of cardio was shot to hell and turned into studying and not moving. The weight came back and so did the hypertension medication. I tried to increase the cardio but the weight wouldn't move. I realized I needed help along with healthy meals and exercise but my insurance did not cover WLS and then as if a gift from God my employer changed health care plans and this one included all the bariatric procedures. I am on my way to getting thinner and healthier.
