Heeeeey Elle, I'm sorry to hear about your mishap at school Friday. I hope you are much better today! I look so forward to meeting you when Te visits us in November. Please keep me posted on when & where. I'm remembering Te in my prayers and hope she returns to us soon. This board has been such a wonderful tool as I progress in my WL journey. Congratulations on being able to work the whole game without a break. I work at the post office so I COMPLETELY understand about the concrete floors. I have been standing on cement almost everyday for over 16 years now!!!!!! It is very hard on the feet. Have a blessed day, Maureen in TX

Elle, Wishing you may blessings on your wls journey.. I just wanted to let you know abour a protein powder that works for me.. It is made by TwinLab Vege Fuel powder...It is tasteless and I add it to everything... It has 30g per serving. Sometimes I make as a drink with sf chocolate mix, and sometimes I just add to my food... Good Luck...You can also get it in flavors, but I think the one I have can be more versatile. Janice

Loretta,A big "CONGRATULATIONS" on your one year anniversary. You have done great. You go out and buy yourself something wonderful. You deserve it. I think other family members just do not realize what it takes to have accomplished what you have. Way to go girlfriend! Keep up the good job! Hugs!

Congratulations on your 1 year re-birth day! You have been more than successful. You have made it through you Plastic surgery and now beginning another school year. My suggestion for a re-birthday present or reward for yourself is do the spa thing, Treat yourself to a massage, facial, the works. You deserve some pampering! Best wishes for continued success.
