Well I had my regular app. with my therapist. I was so excited about telling her about my plans for this operation.She supports me 100%.We have been talking about this for a while now, and it finally sunk in......I hope she gives me the OK or to my Doctor to have the VSG...... I am going to Pray that everything goes well....God bless   Rose

I have always cared and looked out for othes, really all my life. Now I have the chance to really look at ME, I don't like what I see but I love me just the same. So I have to put up the block where I am not letting anyone discourage me or try to throw a rench in my efforts.I need all the help I can get . A friend of mine have the gastric operation and boy does she look beautiful wow I was shocked how she had changed......That was my Ah ha moment, know that if I do what I have to do, then one day maybe I will bring out my beauty. I am so happy that in our day and age there is a way that we can lose what we put on not noticeing the results.God Bless anyone who has went through the pain and suffering as I and was able to come out  on top.  Have a wonderful day and always expect the Best.....B-}    Ms. Davis
