It has been nearly 4 years since my surgery, it seems as if it was not even this lifetime. I am such a different person, I have become an advocate for the surgery, walking 10 people hand in hand to the O.R.. A few weeks ago I had my tummy tucked, not to bad, just 7.9 lbs of skin. I'm doing well it was kinda a breeze, not much pain at all. I just want to say that this web site and all of my peers around the world helped me through the entire process, both times, and everyday I am returning the favor. Hello All! Life is great, GREAT, GREAT! I am enjoying, every minute of my 148 lbs, loss. I never imagined that I would have so much energy,a love for life, I just can't explain it. I have 63 lbs, to go to reach my goal. I can't believe it, I wish every one luck and success. Choi!

Oh boy, it's been a while, since I last posted a comment, I have good news, I have lost a total of 115 lbs, I feel great, and look great, I feel like a different person, from 30/32 - 18/20, my, my, who would have ever thought that Dr. Afram had a magic wand.
