I WISH YOU THE BEST of LUCK on your surgery. You are in my prayers. You are going to the best area. MUSC: MD's/Anesteshia /nurses/staff are all very caring and treat you good. Hope your journey is safe and that it brings you both weight loss and good health.. (I am post-op 2 1/2 weeks HAVE A FEW HINTS:get all your items ahead of time:vitamins, foods, protein. I got alot of sample proteins from the bariatric site - easy way to find what does or doesn;t work for you. I also got a baby sip cup and baby spoon-which for the 1st week was very beneficial, otherwise found I was drinking to fast or taking to much of a small bit of food. I wish you all the best. Any questions ever I would be glad to answer.) God bless

Thank you all for the prayers. I must admit, I never expected the outpouring of spiritual support from this messageboard. I believe prayer works, and I believe God has a plan for my life. I was starting to let the enemy creep in with doubt and anxiety, but when I read you recent posts, I felt a wonderful peace. Thank you. Eddie

Congrats on your upcoming surgery. I know that you are probably nervous and anxious at the same time. Just know you are not alone, you are not the first to be nervous and you will not be the last. It is expected to be anxious, but it is a good anxiety. Take everything given to you in stride. Know that you have made a good decesion on the good days as well as the bad. Remember that you made this decesion for a healthier, better you. Believe me when I tell you the end result is WONDERFUL!!! Adrienne
