I havent been around to update my profile in a while and I was reminded by a co-worker and friend that I hadnt updated my page.  So here we are.  I've lost quite a bit of weight, went from 305 to a present 231 and hopefully still losing.

I've been working on a hernia for quite some time now and now it's the size of a nerf football or small cantelope.  Dr Hutcher has me scheduled for July 9th for surgery.  I was approved for the hernia surgery but denied for the tummy tuck.  I havent decided yet whether to pay for it out of pocket or not. 

The hernia isnt painful much, its just irritating and now that it's summer, this binder is getting so hot I can't stand it.  Time for surgery to get this thing fixed so I can get back on the road!

I've been really active these many months - in fact I was so active I broke a rib the other day working on my car - trying to use my chest as leverage for turning a very stubborn bolt.  The bolt won.  

Im still meds free, except for vitamins, no diabetes meds, no blood pressure meds, nothing!
