Surgery Date Set

I finally have my surgery date set for March 26, 2008. I cannot wait for what this surgery will bring health wise to my life. If anyone can give me any advise on what to eat, expect, and when to actually start seeing a change please let me know. I am so happy to have a group that know exactly what it is I will have to go through.
