Hey guys just a quick update that I had my surgery, and it went very well. I have posted some pics and a video on my youtube site! Please watch enjoy, comment.

So guys I know I amterrible with the updates but I will post a video to my you tube later. I am now on day 2 of my liquid diet, and Im doing better today, but Yesterday I had a terrible headach from stopping coffee cold turkey. So my date is coming up and I couldnt be happier!!!!!!!!!! I will update soon via video!

So after this first week that I have been working out every day and eating right, the scale has not moved! I am glas that my weight has not gone up, but a little frustrated that I weigh the same. I guess Im going to have to push myself a little harder this week.

Also I forgot to tell you guys that all  this week I have totally been steppin it up in the exercise departmnt., I walked two mile every day, and today I used the stairs at work all day for everything. I even jogged about a half of a mile yesterday, which made me extremely happy. I dont even remember the last time I ran. Also I been doing the elipticl for 10 minutes a day to bring up my endurance. I am feeling so good about my self right now!.......

So I went for my consultation on Wednesday 08/25. I cant really say that they told me anything  that I didnt already know. I have done so much research. So basically I dont have to have a sleep study, or EKG. All I have left is my psych eval on 09/10 and to attend 2 group sessions. After the psych eval My case will be reviewed and I should be given a date! I am so happy about that. I also met with the dietician who was really nice. So overall I am feeling really good about the whole experience. I will be posting a video on my you tube channel a little later, so come check me out!

Hey everyone my name is Ebony. I am new to the site, and I am planning on having surgery in March of 2011. Right now I am going through the motions and I actually meet for my consultation, and dietician appt this week on the 25th. I am very excited about that! Well I guess I will update later on at that time.
