I can't believe it has already been a whole uear since my surgery! I feel great, and other than needing a few nips and tucks, I look great. I am so glad to be this new person. I am so glad to no longer be the old, overweight, unhappy miserable person. I have confidence I haven't felt since before my 1st child!  Its great. Now I just need to keep it up.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this experience with me, I couldn't be more greatful for my family's and freind's support. I feel like ME again!!! YAY!

Ok, so I didn't really understand before, how u just wake up one day...and the weight just has fallen off!! 6lbs in a couple days!  I guess now I know to be more patient, and just do what I'm supposed to!! :)  It makes me happy t o know that I am doing somethign right....FINALLY after how many diets and crap!?!  OMG, it feels great!!!

I've hit a slow point. THe weight has stopped coming off for a moment....and I'm feeling impatient.    I'm dealing, but I'm trying to take my mind off it....I know its normal, I know I'm not the only one, but u know how it feels to want something yesterday! LOL  I'll get over myself....
