Well, I am four months post op and down 60lbs. It does not feel like it but yet it does. I had wished I would have lost more by now but I think I am doing okay. I had surgery Dec 7, 07 and here it is 11 April 08. I am really going to push it and move to lose another 40lbs before summer is officially here. I would think that in 7 months a loss of 100lbs is great. My goal is to lose a total of 150.
