Dr Freeman would not even look at the blood work only my weight loss was only down 3 lbs He was not happy nor am I

Well I am fine..I am following the South beach Diet pretty well. No complaints I haven't lost any weight nor gained any in 4 months..

Last week was a hard one to accomplish. Now this week will be the same 3 month appointments with all of the dr's. ugh..so tired no sleep not want to no anything just flat..

went to see Dr. Freeman.. Just love him and his staff..My blood work is concerning..my liver enzymes are high and my white count is lov? no one knows why.. My liver has been an issue since March 06 so I am concerned..I wish I could find out some answers..

I weighed today at the dr's office..I haven't lost any more but I haven't gained any either.. I have lost 48 lbs.. total in 4 months..

Well I have lost a total of 33.5 lbs. I have been hungry so I have tried to eat too much. Barf.. spent the wekk of the 23-27 in the hospital with a pleural effusion and a touch of pneumonia. so sick. Better now.

Well, I have lost 6 more lbs for a total of 21. I absolutely love my new job. I work from 8 - 12 teaching 15, 16, 17 yr olds to get them ready for the GED. This is so cool.
