My New Beginning

It has now been 15 days since my VSG. It truly has been a life changing experience. My name is Sharelle and I am so very excited to be on this journey. I have had a couple of bumps to date but nothing I can't handle. I am down 23 pounds and proud of it. I look forward to each and every milestone.
I am hoping to use this blog to interact with others who are on the same journey. I truly believe expression of one's feelings is an important part of the healing.
I have read many posts from individuals and findthem to be encouraging and fruitful. I hope I can provide support and encouragement for others.
