6 weeks out!!!

This is getting much better. I had my first fill on Monday and I am feeling some restriction. I am starting to get into this excercise thing!!! Now that I am not working, I have more time to fit it in here and there during the day. Pretty nice!! Look forward to my next dress size....

Ok, I am back to work. I never thought this day would come! I had my follow up appt and everything seems to be going fine. It blows my mind that I lost weight laying on my rear. I might try to start going to the pool here soon. So far so good! :)

Well, I am at day 12. I am still having so much pain. I am usually able to handle pain pretty well, but this is sooo difficult. I have had several surgeries in my life and I have to say this is the hardest recovery. I just cant seem to get away from the stabbing pain on the left side. I have to say I am terrified that I am going to run out of meds. I have been taking extra strengh tylenol and then when it gets really painful I will take the elixir. I had only planned to be home from work for a week, so this is puts extra pressure on to get well. I am soooo ready to get to the next part of this process. I am doing just fine with the food thing. I am not really hungry at all, I have to set my timer to remember that the hour is up and time to drink something. I am trying to keep my spirits up, but I have to admit that I am feeling depressed. I pray that next week is better.

Wow, I made it home! I am relieved. The experience was much better than I had expected. I have ALOT more pain though.?? I hope this doesnt last for too much longer. My husband bought me this therapy wrap. It's a tummy band that holds everything after surgery. I was having alot a pain from my big tummy pulling on the surgery sites. Well, I thought I would write a few and then rest somemore. No regrets, even with the pain right now.
