Corrective Procedure???

Ok, it's been some time since I've posted. I'm still doing well with my weight, but 5 years later am back up to 178. I think Dr. Wongsa would shoot me if he saw me. I don't look 178 is what I hear, but I can feel it. I've been thinking about a corrective surgery to make the pouch smaller again. Does anyone have any feed back or have you experienced a corrective surgery to make your pouch smaller after the original surgery?
