"Meeting with Dr. Manigat for the first time as a group and then individually was a great experience. While in the group session he was very knowledgeable about the different procedures that he performed. Yes he emphasizes the aftercare program very much. He just explains everything in detail and is very much confident in what he tells you. After sitting with him on a one-on-one session he changed my mind convincing me to have RNY instead of Lap-Band thats how much he impressed me. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that his office staff kind of made s do all of the work as far as calling the insurance company and all of that. I didn't feel that was something we should be doing. Overall I would recommend Dr. Manigat to anyone. I hope to have my surgery 12/26/2007."
