Hello Everyone I am done great !!!!!!!! I have been real busy laterly but now I am get back to my OH Family I have loss so far 30lbs. I have appointment on Mar 12 to get another adjusment. I am done good some food i can eat and some i cannot eat. but i am learn to eat and not talk at the same time because your food can not digestive good. So when i am at lunch at work i am learn to listen and chew at that moment. smile!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will post again soon, may be wed when i come from the doctor.

Well surgery went real good thank be to God!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the whole staff were super wonderful and the Doctor were so good and very patience. I feel great everyday it get better and better. I feel just wonderful. I will post again real soon, I want to thanks everyone for the prayers and considers done my surgery. This is a true family. The OH Family.

I have to be at the hosptial at 9:30 a.m. well iam still up i cannot sleep at all. I am so happy as i can be i know that God will see me threw this. He always does but Oh Family keep me lift up in pray. I will post again soon as i can. see you on the looser bench.

I had my pre-op tests today, Everything went well my surgery is only 8 days 
I am so happy, The nurse advice me to take my blood pressure pill with a littlie of water The morning before I come in for my surgery. I will post again real soon keep me in your prayer.

I got Approve today for my surgery, The date has not been set yet. Because I have to go to the nutrition on tomorrow, The date has been change to Dec.12. I am so happy as I can be. I will keep you post on the date when i find out hope it is done the Christmas Hoilday. So I can start my WL Journey . I will write more the next time when I update.
