I am D'Onnne Smith a 53 year old female from Hodges, SC. I had RX-By-Pass Surgery on Oct 22nd 2007. I have been over weight all of my adult life. I married a retired Army officer June of 2005 and am the happiest I have ever been because he fell in love with and married
the "large" me,. I researched WLS and then shared what I had found out.
He didn't want me to have surgery if it was going to change my personality or the way I felt about him. He is 6ft 2 weight 170. We both went to all dr. visits and pre op sessions. We knew Both of us would be having the surgery only I'd be put to sleep...lol
I have lsot in excess of 55 pounds and loving it.
