Hi i am back in fla,still can't lose the 50 more pounds i need to lose,kinda out of control and back to my old habits...hopefully the seminar i am going to next week end will get me back to the normal mode...its may 5th 07...my sister is 400 lbs and desperatly needs the surgery also she is in a motorized cart and can barely walk...so she is going to the seminar with me ,this is her last chance if she doesn't do something soon she will end up in a nursing home because she has lost all mobility of her legs ....anyway hope this will get me back on track...thanks for letting me vent....Bev
