I love my co-workers
!! So 2 members on my team have had the Gastric Sleeve Surgery already and they are loosing like crazy
!! They are upbeat, positive, and very knowledgeable. So, beyond my weight, I have a dental health issues. I hate my appearance period! I have been taking the steps to get my teeth fixed. I have a few more months to go but I definently feel better in my own skin! So the girls at work thought that I should not be continously wearing a ponytail and NO MAKEUP
!! So they are holding a girls night out for the whole team 
where the best dressed, and the make up artist of the team will be giving lessons. Did I mention we all made appointments at the Dominican Salon on the same day at the same time right before girls night out
. I feel special to have a circle of co-workers who care!! We are all dieting and exercising in the work gym together. THEY ROCK

Insurance Sucks!!

So after checking with my insruance company, they don't cover the Gastric Sleeve or the DS unless the DS is done as 1 surgery and not 2. BOOOOOOO 
. So now I have to change insurance companies. The good news is my employer has open enrollment next month and we have a choice between Anthem, Aetna, and Kaiser! I have done my research and Aetna covers it under their own provisions and so does Kaiser. Switching to Aetna b/c they will take all the referrals and diagnosis I have received already and Kaiser won't. Kaiser will make me start my 6 month process over in Jan and then have to re-do everything so I won't be eligible for the surgery until Aug or later of 2011
, so Kaiser is out of the question!!
So here goes to getting all my research done and going with Aetna!!
