My lap-band was installed July 13th 2010 at SWLC in Mississauga, ON.
Had a few days of adjusting to the new capacities of what I can eat, but seem to have fallen into a routine now. Found that my wife and I can eat 2 for 1 almost all the time now. Lost 25 #'s prior to op on the Meditrim drinks. Going for a Doctor visit 2 weeks post op and will find how much I've lost since. My home scale doesn't read my current weight, but soon! Finding more energy, which is nice. Knees still hurt, but I'm off anti-inflammatory for a bit longer. But I'm on my way and that's what counts.
