i am a 31 year old female , wife and mother of 2 small kids who are 6, 7 years old , i am tired of getting up in the mornings and cant hardley get around because im over weight and my BMI is 47.7 , i have knee problems and swelling in my ankles and legs, back problems, i have depression, i feel like a beach whale , arthritis, cholestrol problems..... i stay depressed all the time because of my weight problem.
