I am a little over 4 months out and 78 lbs down!!! WOOO HOOO!  I finally feel free!!  This has been such an amazing journey!  I went shopping and bought a size 10 jean from the GAP - I've never gone in there to shop before!!!  I took a spin class at our local community center  it was an hour long and I was able to endure!!  I couldn't believe it - I felt so strong!!!  The weight is slowing down as I get closer to my goal but I am trying to keep positive.

I am worried about long term.  I've heard some horror stories about people gaining weight back....My husband had the procedure about 2 months ago and he is doing wonderfully!  Hopefully, we can learn good habits now and maintain for the future!!!
