This time tomorrow I'll be started on my new life. Have to admit I'm nervousbut Dr Diaz is really good and I know God is looking out for me (and my family). The Dr's office called and moved my surgery up an hour, so 1 less hour to worry!

See you all on the Other Side

  Well my surgery is set for Sept 30. I am geeked but nervous, I haven't felt this way since getting married. I am doing something that will change the rest of my life. But by doing this the rest of my life will be better and hopefilly longer.
I have only told a few close friends as I don't want to start getting negativity around me.

Woo Hoo! I'm going to be a loser!

7/31/09 Well, we met Dr Diaz at St. Vincent Bariatric. My wife and I were very impressed and comfortable with everything. Now to get the ball rolling.....I really want to get this thru ASAP because I'm afraid I'll talk myself out of this, or simply get discouraged and give up.

I was also supposed to have my Psych eval, but it got postponed until the 11th.

LORD, give me strength!

Well I am scheduled for my consultation on the 31st of July and just open to learning everything I can.I'm still keeping it close to the vest, because the last time I looked into this, I got talked out of it and I don't want that to happen again.
If anyone has had Dr Diaz at St Vincent's I'd like to know.
