I had a fill on Jan 11 2011, I think it is the first time I have felt full for more than 2 days at a time. So this is what it feels like. I think I am liking this. I even lost 2 lb this week. So now on to next week. One week at a time. This may be a bumpy ride but I have my seat belt on. Here I go......................
